About the Foundation

The Larry C. Ballard Scholarship Foundation was Larry's greatest focus during his final years. He worked very hard to create it and outlined student criteria that reflect his work ethic and commitment during his high school years. Larry was adamant about identifying candidates early on in their high school careers, supporting them through their four years of undergraduate schooling, and offering career support following their graduation.
